Definitions
Customer: An individual who purchases a product at Ebenart Computer Store.
Three-day period: Time allocated to customer for product assessment.
Product: An item sold by Ebenart Computer Stores.
Customer is required to sit with salesperson and assess the purchased product before leaving.
Furthermore, a three-day period is made available to the customer for the assessment of the product in their respective abodes.
Within the three-day period, the purchased product can only be returned to Ebenart Computer Store if the product was found to have sustained a factory fault excluding faults associated with the following pc parts: screen, hard drive and keyboard.
The returned product will be serviced for the customer.
